I welcome you to enquire more into my service, Essentia Therapeutic Counselling. My name is Alice Winkelman, I am a therapeutic counsellor and I hope I can offer you an idea of what you can expect, should you choose to contact me at any point.

Each of us has all the wisdom we need within us to lead fulfilling lives, but we become dependent on belief systems, life-styles, relationships and limitations from the environment which can get in the way of being true to ourselves. I offer a therapeutic relationship where my clients can find trust and a consistent 'space' in their lives, where they can unpack and explore all of the issues which seem to call for attention.

I am a member of BACP which is the largest regulating body for counsellors in the UK, and am subject to their framework of ethics and complaints procedure.
